1. GRANT OF LICENSE: 1stWroe LLC grants the authorized user a non-exclusive, internal-only license to use the QuickBooks-to-Fabric Data Pipeline ("the Application") for business reporting and analytics purposes.

2. RESTRICTIONS: You may not: (a) Attempt to reverse engineer the API connection logic; (b) Share your QuickBooks or Microsoft Fabric credentials with unauthorized personnel; (c) Use the data retrieved for any purpose outside of official company business.

3. DATA AUTHORIZATION: By connecting a QuickBooks Online account, you authorize the Application to programmatically retrieve financial data (including Payments, Invoices, and Line Items) and transmit it to the designated Microsoft Fabric Lakehouse.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: The Application is provided "as-is." 1stWroe LLC is not liable for any discrepancies in financial reporting caused by API latency or incorrect configuration of the Microsoft Fabric environment.

5. TERMINATION: Access may be revoked at any time by company administration or by disconnecting the app within the QuickBooks "Manage My Apps" portal.
