1. DATA COLLECTION: This Application collects financial transaction data from QuickBooks Online via the Intuit REST API. This includes, but is not limited to: Payment amounts, dates, customer names, and invoice status.

2. DATA STORAGE: All retrieved data is stored securely within our company’s Microsoft Fabric OneLake environment. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit using Microsoft’s enterprise-grade security protocols.

3. DATA USAGE: Data is used exclusively for internal business intelligence, revenue tracking, and financial forecasting within Power BI. We do not sell, rent, or share this data with third parties.

4. ACCESS CONTROL: Access to the stored data is restricted to authorized personnel via Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) roles.

5. DATA RETENTION: Data will be retained in the Fabric Lakehouse as long as necessary for historical financial analysis, or until a request for deletion is made by the Data Controller.
